Chapter 4 continues the discussion of the rest that is referred to in Psalm 95, a rest to which we see a witness in the Sabbath day and in the land that the children of Israel were called to inherit. Followers of Christ are now called to enter into the finished work of God – that glorious salvation that has been accomplished in Christ.
